The Appreciate Group Board is recommending a final dividend for FY22 of 1.2p (2021: 0.6p). Combined with the interim dividend of 0.6p (FY21: 0.4p), the resulting total dividend in respect of FY22 is 1.8p (FY21: 1.0p). The dividend will be payable on 3 October 2022 to shareholders on the register on 26 August 2022, subject to shareholder approval.
