Telecom Plus plc are proposing a final dividend of 30p (2021: 30p), bringing the total for the year to 57p (2021: 57p); this will be paid on 5 August 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 July 2022 subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's AGM which will be held on 26 July 2022.

Statutory EPS up 8.7% to 45.1p (2021: 41.5p)
