Experian announce a second interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 March 2022 of 35.75 US cents per ordinary share will be paid on 22 July 2022, to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 June 2022. This dividend is not included as a liability in these financial statements. This second interim dividend and the first interim dividend paid in February 2022 comprise the full-year dividend for the financial year of 51.75 US cents per ordinary share. In the year ended 31 March 2022, the employee trusts waived their entitlements to dividends of US$4m (2021: US$2m). There is no entitlement to dividends in respect of own shares held as treasury shares.
