For the current year, the Bioventix Board is to announce a second interim dividend of 62 pence per share which, when added to the first interim dividend of 43 pence per share makes a total of 105 pence per share for the current year.
They are also to announce a special dividend of 38 pence per share.
Other financial highlights include:
- Revenue up 6% to £10.93 million (2020: £10.31 million)
- Profit before tax down 1% to £8.12 million (2020: £8.23 million)
- Cash at year end of £6.5 million (30 June 2020: £8.1 million)
