The Vesuvius Board has declared an interim dividend for 2020 of 3.1 pence per share (2019: 6.2 pence per share), to be paid on 4 December 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30 October 2020. Any shareholder wishing to participate in the Vesuvius Dividend Reinvestment Plan needs to have submitted their election to do so by 13 November 2020.
