Primary Health Properties announces that the fourth quarterly interim dividend in 2020 of 1.475 pence per ordinary share of 12.5 pence each will be paid on 20 November 2020 to shareholders on the register on 9 October 2020. The dividend will comprise a Property Income Distribution (PID) of 1.0 pence per share and an ordinary dividend of 0.475 pence per share. The Company will be offering a scrip alternative with this dividend.
