The board of Empiric Student Property plc has declared a dividend of 1.25 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2019, payable on 20 December 2019 to all Ordinary Shareholders on the register on 6 December 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 5 December 2019.
0.62 pence of this dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution in respect of the Company's tax-exempt property rental business and 0.63 pence will be paid as an Ordinary UK dividend.
The Board is targeting an aggregate dividend of 5.0 pence per share for the year to 31 December 2019.
